1. Who these terms are between

These terms govern your use of The Fund, operated by Fintum Market Intelligence GmbH
(Abt-Plazidus Straße 24, 97359 Schwarzach am Main, Germany, Amtsgericht Würzburg, HRB 18562). By creating an account or using
the platform you accept them.

2. What the service is, and is not

The Fund gives you market data, comparison tools, educational content and a
portfolio simulator. It is not a brokerage and not an advisory service. We do
not execute trades, never hold your money or your securities, and give no
personal recommendations. Every investment decision is yours, taken through a
licensed provider of your choosing.

3. Your account

You need an email address to create a free account. You are responsible for
keeping your credentials secure and for the activity on your account. You may
close your account at any time.

4. Data and accuracy

Market data reaches us from third-party providers and may be delayed,
incomplete or wrong. Historical performance says nothing about future results.
Simulated portfolios are illustrations, not forecasts, and ignore costs, taxes
and slippage unless explicitly stated.

5. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the platform at scale, resell the data, attempt to breach its
security, or use it to break any law that applies to you.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for investment
losses, for decisions taken on the basis of information on the platform, or for
third-party data errors. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be
limited.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes require your renewed acceptance
before you continue using the account.

8. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. To the extent legally
permitted, the place of jurisdiction is the courts of Frankfurt am Main,
Germany. If you use the service as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the
protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence,
and it does not remove any right you may have to bring proceedings there.
