1. Controller

Fintum Market Intelligence GmbH, Abt-Plazidus Straße 24, 97359 Schwarzach am Main, Germany, info@fintum-mi.com.

2. What we collect

Account data (email address, and a name if you give one), authentication data,
your watchlists and simulator inputs, and technical data your browser sends
(IP address, user agent, timestamps). We record consent events with the exact
document version and a hash of its text.

3. Why we process it

To operate your account and keep it secure, to provide the tools you use, to
meet legal record-keeping duties, and, where you have consented, to send you our
newsletter and measure product usage. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Who receives it

Our hosting and infrastructure providers, our email delivery provider, and our
analytics provider, each under a data-processing agreement and only to the
extent needed. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Where applicable law requires it, we implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) or rely on other lawful transfer mechanisms permitted under the GDPR.

6. How long we keep it

Account data for as long as your account exists, then deleted or anonymised
except where retention is legally required. Consent records are kept for the
statutory limitation period, because their purpose is to prove what you agreed
to.

7. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the
right to complain to Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany. Contact us at info@fintum-mi.com.

8. Users in the United Arab Emirates

We operate from Germany, so the GDPR governs our processing. Where UAE
Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the
PDPL) also applies to the processing of your personal data because you are in
the UAE, we apply it alongside the GDPR rather than in place of it, and we
apply whichever gives you the stronger protection.

The rights listed in section 7 are available to you on the same terms. In
addition to the German supervisory authority named there, you may raise a
complaint with the UAE Data Office.

Where we transfer personal data out of the UAE, we do so on a lawful transfer
basis, using the safeguards described in section 5.
